Where the Crawdad Sing by Delia Owens // I’m not going to make you wait, this was it! This was my FAVORITE book I read this year for sure. Centered around “The Marsh Girl,” it’s a story of love, mystery, heartbreak and finding yourself. It is written beautifully, with the details of nature jumping off the page.

Dear Girls: Intimate Tales, Untold Secrets, & Advice for Living Your Best Life by Ali Wong // A good, lighthearted read when you just want to laugh. I love Ali – did you see her Netflix specials or movie, Always Be My Maybe? The book is a series of unfiltered letters wrapped in humor and insights on dating in NY, reconnecting with her roots, being a working mom and more to Ali’s two daughters.

The Woman In the Window by A.J. Finn // This was the first book of the year for me! While it was a little slow at first, it’s a thriller that definitely picked up and lured me in. What happens when someone sees something they shouldn’t, or thinks they did?
