So the last couple days have been crazy busy! How do these real world adults do it? The work days get so busy and often I come home ready to eat everything in my cabinets and watch Scandal without end. It’s a good thing I am loving it though – I’ll say it again and again – my team is awesome and FCB Chicago is a great company filled with people passionate about creating impactful things.
In addition to all the internship busyness, there has been lots of prep work going on around the apartment because my roomies and I will be hosting a few guests for the holiday weekend! I CAN’T WAIT. Eric arrives tomorrow evening and the rest of the crowd is to follow over the next 24 hours. I am so thankful that I got placed with roommates who have now become some pretty darn wonderful friends. We are so excited to take everyone out and show them the city!
Needless to say, I haven’t had much time over the last couple days to check any super cool activities off my list, but I do have a few great photos to share…
Visitors and a three day weekend means I will be taking advantage of all the relaxation I can get between adventuring around the city. While I probably will not have another post on the blog for the rest of this week, I will be on that Instagram game for sure – join me there! Can’t wait to share stories and photos after the holiday.
